The Otago Peninsula in Dunedin, New Zealand is home to some of the world's rarest wildlife including the yellow eye penguin, sea lions, fur seals and blue penguins.

The Otago Peninsula stretches along the southern edge of Otago Harbour and is characterised by lush green pastures, small bays and inlets, sandy beaches, rugged hills and volcanic landforms.
The bird watching tour includes a wildlife cruise, bus tour and guided tours of the Royal Albatross colony, the Yellow Eyed Penguin Reserve and a visit to wading bird habits. You will also have the choice of a visit to Larnach Castel, one of Dunedin's great landmarks or the New Zealand Marine Studies Centre where you can watch the creatures that live below the surface including seahorses, southern pigfish, carpet sharks, bellows fish, ducks bill limpets, seastars, crayfish and crabs.
The tour includes hotel pick-up and drop-off, an experienced English-speaking tour guide, explanatory wildlife sheets and all entrance fees. You will also be provided with jackets and binoculars.
