Birds In Poetry Quiz
Since the birth of literature poets seem to have held a fascination with birds writing odes to them and using them as metaphors in love songs. Perhaps it is their freedom and easy song that inspires poets to put pen to paper.

Can you name the missing bird? And the poem and poet.

1. Upon the brimming water among the stones / Are nine-and-fifty [ ].

2. 'Why look'st thou so?' - 'With my crossbow / I shot the [ ]'.
